Stacey T I would prefer that the middle part (that screws into the rubber insert) be made of brass so that I don't have to replace this again in a couple years. Further, the shipping was more than the part itself. You can do better than flat rate pricing on the shipping. I suspect you are making a good profit, on average, with your shipping cost alone.

robert hughes Product is fine, just what I asked for. But yesterday I received a bill from FedEx Invoice # [****] dated 10/2/25 for $22.12 , I believe this is for customs duties. I was not aware of these charges prior to purchase. Please contact me so we can resolve this matter.

John This fixes the original outlet coupling which got stripped threads. Had to enlarge the hole a bit, and it’s still a plastic threaded coupling but I hope it’ll
Work. So far; so good.

Anonymous It arrive quickly. Price was very fair as I had wandered the aisles of Home Depot and parts there aren’t’ cheap. My handyman got it put together fairly easily. He doesn’t think the plastic is going to be too reliable so he will look for something metal. Rainy season is a looong way off here in San Diego so we have plenty of time. Thanks.
