Returns

We want you to love every item you receive from Algreen. If for some reason you need to return a product, please call us at 800.984.9933 ( 9am - 5pm EST) or email customerservice@algreenproducts.com.

Items may be returned for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Shipping

• Products you wish to return, must be sent in their original condition and include all parts/components.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging.
• Clearly write your order number, name and your return address on the outside of the box.
• Inside, be sure to include your printed invoice slip and/or contact information, order number, and reason for return. We recommend choosing a shipping method that is trackable.
• Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility
• A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If you received the item as a gift, an in-store credit will be issued for the amount of the item.
